To Taste Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 6 oz Flounder Filets
½ c. Coarse Fresh Bread Crumbs
¾ c. Grated Parmesan Reggiano
¼ c. Melted Butter
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Season the filets with salt and pepper and arrange in a single layer in a greased 9” x 13” baking dish. Toss the bread crumbs, cheese, butter and olive oil in a bowl and spread the crumb mixture over the filets. Bake for 15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
