6 tbsp Milk
6 tbsp Half and Half
2 q Oysters, Drained
2 c. Fine Cracker Crumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ c. Melted Butter or Margarine
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ c. Chopped Green Onions
½ c. Finely Chopped Parsley
Combine the parsley, green onions, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, 2 cups cracker crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl to make a crumb mixture.
Alternate layers of oysters and crumb mixture in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Pour a mixture of the half-and-half and milk over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
