¼ tsp Pepper
1½ tsp Salt
c. Paprika
¾ c. Spicy Hot Prepared Mustard
5 tbsp Minced Fresh Parsley
1 clove Garlic, Minced
¼ c. Grated Onion
2½ tbsp Minced Green Bell Pepper
1¼ c. Finely Chopped Celery
½ c. Vinegar
1 c. Canola Oil
5 lbs Fresh Shrimp, Boiled, Peeled, Deveined
Place the cooked shrimp in a large bowl. Combine the oil, vinegar, celery, green pepper, onion, garlic parsley, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Pour over shrimp. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
